Refunds, Returns & deliveries

Refunds (change of mind):

  • customer is bound by the terms & conditions of their purchases of products from Aum Global Retail Trading Company via it's website (www.aumglobalretail.shop) and refunds due to change in mind by customer will in most cases not be accepted (*terms & conditions apply).

  • any products that qualify for return and refund as purchased from Aum Global Retail trading company via it's website (www.aumglobalretail.shop) are subject to our terms & conditions.

Damaged or missing products:

  • customer is bound by the terms & conditions of their purchases of products from Aum Global Retail Trading Company via it's website (www.aumglobalretail.shop) to provide photo or video of the product with associated packaging (if product arrived with damaged packaging) to show the damage including the product that customer purchased from aum global retail trading company via it's website (www.aumglobalretail.shop) before any enquiries from the customer is resolved in a satisfactory manner and in accordance with common law governing such dealings & transactions.

Deliveries:

  • customers acknowledge that it is their responsibility for providing current & correct delivery address at the time of placing their orders with Aum Global Retail Trading Company as represented via it's website (www.aumglobalretail.shop).

  • customers acknowledge their responsibility to contact their local post office for all deliveries (in case where a delivery is missed and redirected to local postal authorities).

  • in case of products received in damaged condition, we will open case and review your claims which will be subject to our terms & conditions as applicable.

FORCE MAJEURE:

  • Aum Global Retail Trading Company as represented via it's website (www.aumglobalretail.shop) assume no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.
